Song for Lucy: Happily Ever After

The only thing wrong with the original musical (and emotional) tribute to our daughter... was the ending! Who wants to leave things on a sad note? Not us.

Enjoy the hot-off-the-screen brand new video for Song for Lucy.

And there's the happy ending we had all hoped and prayed for 6 months ago.

BTW - I am seriously impressed w/Lucy's ability to hold on to that zip line. You've got one buff toddler!

Thanks, everyone! It's not hard to do when you have so much to work with. That little lady supplies us with a lot of footage.

Judy K - she is crazy strong. What you don't see is me jump 5 feet down to make sure I'm right there with her. But I had to tell her to jump!

And Jeff is quite the talented editor BUT I have to say... I did this one on my own. It was my gift to Lucy. The greatest part was her yelling "again" after watching it over and over this morning.

I so enjoyed the Happily Ever After version!!! I hope Lucy's gift arrived - either she already owns what Gracyn got her, or it made it there, because I caught a glimpse in one of the photos! What an amazing journey. I am so blessed to have been a part of your wait to bringing her home, and part of her journey "Taiwan On. . ." You have been an inspiration to so many. You have touched so many lives. Lucy has touched so many lives. That cake was amazing! And I'm so proud of her for blowing out her candles! Clearly Mommy has been practicing with her!! LOL Can't wait to see you guys!

I know it's a far shot, but I'd swear Jaden recognizes Lucy. She sat on my lap still as stone watching this video. She even "talked" to it. Now she's sitting on the floor crying because she wants "Mo! Mo!" I lost it when I heard Lucy crying. It's such a heartbreaking moment at SLC when your baby starts to mourn right away. But my-oh-my, look where she is! What a happy
3rd MacBaby! I'm giving in now - we're gonna see "Mo. Mo"

Tears, tears, tears, that was a really beautiful tribute! We brought our baby girl home to her two big brothers in December and I am moved again to, yes you guessed it, tears watching your video. So special. Sarah = )
