My former co-worker, longtime business partner, (hubby and father of my kids) and I took step number one today by producing our very first Podcast. What's a Podcast, you ask? Well, it's like a radio show that professionals, amateurs and those in between, post on itunes, their blogs and throughout the Internet, in hopes of reaching those interested in the same things they are. And given my goal of hosting my own radio show by the time I reach 40, now is the time to at least put ourselves out there.
"NapCast" is our new baby -- a short, weekly audio show where we talk about our search for balance and quality of life. We'll be interviewing those who've found success in reaching their goals and also those on the same quest. The whole premise of "NapCast" is that we do it during our three kids' naps and that we talk about all the things that make up who we are, in and outside the parenting world.
Here's the world premiere of "NapCast." It's rough and we have lots to work on regarding format and message... but I wanted to share it here with the coolest peeps I know.
