A Star Is Born

Three months after arriving home, Lucy has her first public performance. She and I are in a parent/tot class at the preschool and we were the opening act for the Christmas show the other night with a sweet rendition of "Chubby Little Snowman." She's been doing it at home ever since. And if you look closely, you can see at the end where she says "I did it."

So proud of how far she's come in such a short time.

Jackie that made me teary! She really has come a long way in such a short time, you're a GREAT Mommy. That clip was CUTE!

I love the way you look at her! I can't believe that soon I'll have my own little daughter to adore. :)

Gotta get our girls together someday. BTW I've been meaning to ask you about Baby Sign Language because I thought I read that you were doing that with Miss Lucy. Let's talk

How were you blessed to adopt a child from Taiwan. That is one of my dreams.

Jackie - this is SO cute! Lucy did a great job - stayed in one place and did all the hand motions. Her smile and clap at the end is absolutely priceless! Love the dress, too.

I am so crying! Seeing yall up there together on that stage just brings back the morning after we got the kids and we walked into the breakfast room at our hotel with Noah and you were sitting there waiting at the table for us with Miss Lucy in your hands! It is so wonderful to see what an amazing job you are doing! :) I am so blessed! I love that Miss Lucy is talking! Such a sweet voice!
