Happy Holidays!

The Mac family has had quite the year -- not only due to the arrival of the incredible gift of our daughter, but also because of new friends we've met along the way, extraordinary support from those near and far, words of comfort from family and friends and even strangers. It's all been amazing and overwhelming. This blog has been an outlet to share the ups and downs, the funny and those very difficult moments, and while I haven't met each and every one of the 1600+ readers who come to Taiwan-On each month, I am grateful for each and every one of you. Because although we don't speak directly, knowing you're there has made our family grateful and the process of adoption and parenting all the more interesting. So raise a glass, hug your kids, and be blessed. I know we have been.

From our house to yours, we're wishing you the happiest of holidays and hoping dreams come true in 2009. Here's this year's Christmas card -- the merriest one yet.

And, as an added bonus: Cards from Christmas past.

Note: not sure why 2006 turned green when I uploaded it but that's not the way it really looks.

You are super creative. Love all the cards from the past! Is Brady a Braden?

Brady is indeed a Braeden. Which is what we call him when he's causing trouble. And it is usually followed by a middle and last name. :)
