Judges Can You Hear Me?

I'm coming to Taiwan and I want answers!

WOW... I'm overwhelmed with the calls and emails from well-wishers across the country. Thank you!! I'm so out-of-my-mind excited, I can barely function. A good example: I cried right smack-dab in the middle of Target today. I believe it was over a caterpillar. I thought I saw Jeff cry too but he said it was just a little dusty in there.

OK...So much to do with very little time to do it.

Book hotel for first night—CHECK
Get high speed train schedule—CHECK
Reserve cab driver to take us from train station to SLC—CHECK
Book hotel for Wed-Fri nights—CHECK

We leave tomorrow afternoon arriving in Taoyuan late Tuesday night (Tuesday am here). We get a few hours sleep and then jump on the high speed rail to Tainan, where our trusty cab driver will meet us at the station. Other families have raved about Steven... he has even taken a few families to hunt down precious baby items that can only be found in Taiwan.

Wednesday at 10am (7pm Tuesday in CA...10pm Tuesday in MA) I will be meeting our baby girl for the very first time! Couldn't you just cry??

I will have 3 full days with her and then head to Taipei for the day Saturday until our late night flight that night. We jet home and I'm in my bed in time for Mother's Day.

If anyone has any thoughts on where to bring our stuff in Taipei to store for 8 hours or so, let me know. We just want to sightsee for a bit and who wants to pull around a mother of a suitcase all day?

(breathe)

It's really happening!

PS: For those of you just tuning in to this program, I am NOT bringing Lucy home. I've been cleared to visit her and my enormously generous friend and I are taking a whirlwind trip to see her.

I listened to Lucy's song on the way home from taking my son to school this morning and I was thinking how excited you must be getting. I will keep you and Lucy in my thoughts this week. The only thing I can say is it's here. You are about to meet your daughter. I think those words speak for themselves.

Jackie,
You will be coming back on the high speed train into the main train station and I think I saw lockers for storage somewhere there. Just ask. So excited for you! I'm going to be on "BLOG ALERT" waiting for those photos of you and Lucy and hearing all about your trip.
Blessings,
Teresa
