So Much to Tell You All!

First of all, Song for Lucy is NOW available on itunes and amazon.com! Click here to download it! Not only has this been such a labor of love for Jeff, it's been his lifelong dream to make music and share it with the world. So THANK YOU for supporting him and this song and stay tuned for more amazing music to come!

Today's also a big day because we got word that Lucy is out of the hospital and back at SLC! We're so relieved and grateful to all who took such wonderful care of her. No better way to celebrate than to show off new pics!

And last, but SO not least—it looks like I'll be leaving May 5th for Taiwan! I know it's "just" a visit and it will be so difficult to leave but I will meet my baby girl! I can't even keep it together when I think about it. My friend Christine has already promised to physically carry me onto the plane to come back home if necessary. Knowing me, I'll just send for Jeff and the boys and stay there until she comes back with us! (not really, but it's an idea).

Baby steps today that will lead to some huge steps SOON.

So glad to hear that Lucy is better and back at SLC. I just got to watch the video. AMAZING!!!! I'm so glad to hear that you are going to visit Lucy. She has been waiting too long for momma to hold her, or maybe momma has been waiting too long! Either way, you need to be together! Just think of all the pictures and the videos you will be bringing back...wow!
Love and blessings,
Teresa

Hello,
I just found your blog and I love reading your story. I'm so happy to hear Lucy is feeling better and out of the hospital. And that is so exciting that you are going to visit her in less than a month. :)
My husband and I are about to start our adoption from Taiwan. I'm just making my final decision about which agency to use. I'm just still a little confused about it because with China the CCAA does all the matching and there is a line, so to speak. But with Taiwan, I have read that certain agencies work with certain orphanages so the wait time could totally vary depending on which agency I choose. Is that correct?
Well, I'm so excited to start this process and I''d love to keep in touch with you. We have a 4 1/2 year old bio daughter who can't wait to have a little sister.
By the way, we live in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I noticed you are from CA as well. Whereabouts do you live?
Take care and I'm looking forward to following your journey.
Kim
P.S. I love your Song for Lucy. It is beautiful!

Glad to read that Lucy is doing better!

I also went to Taiwan to spend some time with my baby boy before the court papwerwork was finalized, not knowing if the judge would approve our petition or not. It was "extremely" difficult to leave Taiwan without him... well..in fact I postponed my return flight twice & even overstayed the 30-day visa-exempt entry and had to pay a samll fine..:), but I was so glad that I spent those precious time with him.

Can't wait to see pictures of you and Lucy together! Have fun in Taiwan and be parepard for the hot and humid weather!
