Lucy's First Love Song...

The face that makes it all worthwhile...inspires her father to write her a song. Click on the little guy playing (on the right) and hear the incredible song written by "Daddy" (aka Jeff), especially for our baby girl! **be sure to click play and not the name of the song and I'm noticing it works better in browsers like Firefox and not Safari**

I've been out of town, so I'm just now catching up with your blog. I feel frustrated on your behalf that Lucy's case hasn't made it anywhere (that you know of...). It's maddening.

And, yet, you are SO right...that smile would make anyone happy! In fact, I let out a sigh when I saw these sweet shots of her. Beautiful girl!

The picture of her smiling is just too much! It looks like she's looking through the camera right to you and Jeff. Hurry home, little niece!

Jackie, That was beautiful (both the song and Lucy's pictures). Tell Jeff what a wonderful job he did. He had me crying :) - in a good way.

Jackie and family, I'm so sorry to hear that things aren't going quickly with getting Lucy home. I can't yet imagine how tough it's got to feel. Thinking of you today.

Ok- the song is beautiful and brought me to tears. Jeff has quite a talent. I hope the people in Taiwan can fully understand that beautiful song he wrote. I assume you will include it in your package to them. I love it!!! Wait until Lucy's older and can understand it.

Jackie and Jeff -
I'm just getting caught up on emails and blog. I'm bawling, bawling at how well your song (Jeff) truly illustrates how frustrating this whole process can be, especially in your case. It's absolutely the best gift you could ever give Lucy while she waits. Even my hubby said "WOW" that's incredible. It's so hard, I saw her in November and it's difficult to see how much she has changed (in a super super good way - but hard nonetheless) The nannies truly truly love Lucy there.
We are all routin for you guys to hear news of court log in and a super speedy court case.
Love to you and your fam
